“Oye Coffee CO. was started by two brothers with one love- nay, passion for coffee, and the drive to share something great with the community.”
Oye recently started producing compact coffee bags, for self-service in Air BNB units, and approached Joe to design the face of this venture.
As a proudly West African coffee company, there was plenty of imagery to draw from when crafting the artwork for this piece - almost too much, in fact - so the artwork was created slightly larger than necessary to allow for the possibility of future full-print bags.
Joe aimed for this design to remain fun and unique, while also catering to a more mature audience. Luxury and elegance is communicated through an entirely hand-drawn and hand-painted artwork, paying close attention to detail.
