A few thoughts...

Simply put, art is an outward expression. It’s like the clothes we wear. It’s not some mystical thing only a select few can touch; it’s our inner selves made manifest in something tangible and, hopefully, beautiful.

I believe beauty is important. Beauty might help us process something we weren’t sure how to process, or evoke an emotion in us we thought to be out of reach or dormant.
